Zucchini is this summer’s must-have vegetable

Zucchini may be at the back of the alphabet, but it is at the front of our minds when it comes to summer vegetables. The summer squash has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, protein, etc. The recipe below can be served as a starter for guests.
Next is a recipe including a combination of herbs with chicken strips. It is a unique and flavorsome combo.
Herbs not only improve the taste of foods, but also can help preserve them for longer periods of time.
The last dish is a low-sugar recipe of banana and cocoa. Bananas belong in a potassium-rich diet that can help lower blood pressure; people who eat plenty of potassium have up to a 27 percent lower risk of heart disease. Bananas are a good dietary source of potassium and magnesium.
