Why Apple and Amazon and Google seeking to acquire Toshiba?


A new report showed that both Apple and Amazon and Google tech giants compete in trying to acquire Toshiba; being the second largest supplier of memory chips for smartphones and computers after Samsung.

According to recent statistics, Toshiba’s phone chips sector constitutes about 25% of the company’s revenue exceeded the barrier of 50 billion dollars in the last fiscal year, Toshiba began to suffer losses expected to reach $9 billion, makes such an aquisition needed money-generating company.

Toshiba suffers by having recently to write off assets worth 6.3 billion dollars in business in the United States, which increased the risk of the company’s shares in Tokyo fall, and pushed it to sell some of their work.
