Started final preparations for the eighth session of the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz for the Holy Quran and Sunnah of ASEAN and Pacific Central and eastern Asian countries organized by Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud Foundation, in cooperation with the Indonesian Ministry of religious affairs and religious Saudi Embassy Attaché in Jakarta, held from May 1 -4 in Jakarta
And prepared rivals representing 25 countries from Asia and the Pacific and Central and eastern Asian countries to participate in the final phase of the course experiencing intense competition and a special interaction of Islamic bodies in the region further to the successes of the previous sessions.

HH said the Secretary General “to Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud Foundation continue to build this contest as one of the most important religious and cultural programs that promote Saudi Arabia’s place in the Muslim world, and contribute to the building of bridges of cooperation and fraternal relations with Islamic communities and peoples in various parts of the world.”
This contest qualifiers will be played under the supervision of a special Arbitration Committee by the Secretariat of the international Holy Quran Islamic Affairs Ministry and advocacy, endowments, and provided with all enterprise viability and success.
The competition comprises five sections, four of them to save the complete Holy Quran or parts thereof, and v to save the Sunnah, and prizes for the first three winners in each of the five sections, also gives winners the opportunity to perform Hajj.
And participates in the session more than 120 riders representing 25 countries from ASEAN and Indonesia and Singapore are Malaysia and Thailand and the Philippines, Brunei, Laos, East Timor and Myanmar and Australia and New Zealand and Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan wekirghistan, South Korea, Cambodia, Russia and Bosnia and Croatia and China, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan webabonogini.
Closing ceremony is held in the capital Jakarta amid media attention and turnout for the Indonesian Government officials and scholars from most participating States which reflected the importance of the programme of the competition, and her letter to children of the participating countries as an integral part of the Islamic nation.
It is worth mentioning that the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz contest for the Holy Quran and Sunnah Indonesian national level ended in the presence of a number of senior Indonesian Government officials and members of the Shura Council and Ambassador of the custodian in Jakarta and religious attache at the Embassy and had received this contest with the participation of Allah’s book memorized 161 and 30 portfolio of various institutes, colleges and schools of the Qur’an in Indonesia.
